Saint Charles Borromeo Convent School is a minority institution established in 1998 by the Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo. It caters to the education primarily of the Catholic Community. Yet from the very beginning the School has been open to all communities irrespective of caste or creed.
The congregation of the Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo was founded in 1684 by Fr. Adrian Bresy Parish Priest of Wez. (Diocese of Tourni Belhium) to impart Christian education to the poor children of his parish.

Fostering the total development of the pupils who will be intellectually well informed, emotionally balanced and spiritually oriented to assume their duties every where as responsible citizens of our country.
The emblem of the Congregation and the motto inscribed on it “Fath, Toil, Progress” appropriately characterize our institutes. The sisters, faithful to their motto, live by faith constantly at work, urged on by an ardent desire for progress.
